Country Perks in Hampton

It's a hit and miss for food. Wings are normally good. Had a curry Roti once for lunch that was great went back another time for curry Roti for dinner and it was like soup and lacked in flavour. Waited almost an hour for our order of wings one time. Prices are competitive, seating is limited and there is quite the wait for your order. Place is quite busy for pick up orders.

Food is excellent as well as the staff. Edit: OK having been back several times now, wow. Talk about consistency! Very very good all around. I've personally recommended too several friends. ALL of them now see why I raved 😋

Another hidden gem in Durham.. The menu features Thai, Chinese, and Caribbean choices... Had the goat roti... It was delicious and the portion was enormous... Easily enough for two people. Not many choices for Caribbean food this far west but this one should definitely be on your list.

Their salt and pepper chicken wings is the BEST ever. I've tried many other places, in Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, even in Toronto, but only in Country Perks did I find the taste worth coming back for, again and again and AGAIN! Good customer service, too! 🙂

We have dined-in and bought take out from this place for a few months now and the taste has been consistently good. It's like a miniature sports bar. Our favorites have been their Thai fried rice with chicken, Thai style eggplant, and basil tofu. Sometimes they are short-staffed and dine-in service may be slow. Take out service is good especially if you call it in 20 minutes ahead of time.

Great spot! You get a lot of food for a decent price. Lots of flavour in the curry, and if you like Wings Monday/Tuesday it's the place to be!

An eclectic mix of Canadian, Thai, Malaysian, and Caribbean dishes. Lots of vegetarian options. Big portions full of flavour. Prices are excellent and made even better by the lunch and dinner specials. The staff are warm and very accommodating, they were happy to put on a hockey game for us. I recommend the curry pad Thai or green curry. I have not had a dish here that I didn't like.

Absolutely fantastic first experience!!I got the chana and potato roti while my boyfriend got the butter chicken roti ... And we both loved it so much!! The portions are massive for the great price you pay, and their service is so fast..Their "magic sauce" as the lady called it (made in-house ghost pepper sauce) is amazing!! So spicy but even the smallest amount adds such nice flavour.We will be back!! Thank you for the awesome food.

Delicious! Driving by you’d never think the food in this place was what it is. It’s like a little sports-bar/pub but the aromas in the air are different than you’re used to in that type of atmosphere.Great food no matter what you order. Awesome menu, my kind of mix. The roti is massive and so flavourful, all the curry’s are good too.When you walk in, this amazing smell hits you, not really matching the decor but who cares, it’s perfect the way it is. The portions are insane and everything always has a ton of flavour.Props to the chef!

Great food. Chef will adjust heat level to your liking. Variety is amazing. Prices are fantastic.

Original: I've only been here once but friends of mine have been several times and have always recommended it. I had the chicken roti smothered mild spice. And that was both humongous and delicious. The spice level was enough for me. Flavorful without erasing my taste buds. Another at our table had it spicy and he was sweating. I also tasted the pad Thai that my friends got and it was different from other places. Had this tamarind sweet ish flavor to it but still delicious. I only finished half my meal at lunch time but I have to come back to try their other stuff. They have a huge menu.Edit: second time had the pad Thai. It's delicious and super filling. Once again I only got through half of it. Other orders in the group: The Thai chili chicken which looked and tasted great. The fried rice, looked dry and tasted peppery.

Smaller restaurant, but cozy on the inside. Absolutely delicious! Especially the mango salad and spicy chicken bites, generous portion sizes and the leftovers somehow taste even better at home.

Delicious food, ordered Oodles of Noodles to go, it was so delicious, we will come back again. And will not share it this time, hahaha! Staff if very friendly, clean place, good menu selection, would recommend it.

I love this place... Especially on Tuesday, $6.00 a pound wings.... They are definitely the best wings around and you can't beat the price..
